Stop Fighting With Stubborn Mainsprings
Specially designed tool shortens the time and eliminates the frustration that goes along with changing mainsprings in double barrel shotguns. Notched, blade tip captures the plunger head so you can compress the spring and lift both parts free from the receiver. No more scratching and gouging the plunger or inner receiver surfaces with an ordinary screwdriver. Tool works equally well for installation simply seat the end of the mainspring in the receiver, hook the blade notch around the plunger head, compress the spring, and engage the plunger in the hammer. Stout, hardened steel shank provides plenty of leverage and keeps you close to your work for maximum control.
SPECS: Shank - Steel, hardened to Rc 58-60. 1½" (6.3cm) x 5/16" (7.9mm) dia. Handle - Plastic. 3¾" (9.5cm) x 1" (2.5cm) dia.

Det hackade bladspetsen fångar kolvens huvud så att du kan komprimera fjädern och lyfta ut båda delarna från mottagaren. Inga fler repor och skador på kolven eller mottagarens inre ytor med en vanlig skruvmejsel. Verktyget fungerar lika bra för installation - placera bara änden av huvudfjädern i mottagaren, haka bladets hack runt kolvens huvud, komprimera fjädern och fäst kolven i hammaren. Det robusta, härdade stålskaftet ger gott om hävstång och håller dig nära ditt arbete för maximal kontroll.
