SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/CLAMP ON .750" BLOCK RIGHT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. ***NOTICE: PRIOR TO PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT*** Please review the barrel schematic for the critical dimensions necessary to safely operate the pistol length piston system. There is no industry standard for the distance between the barrel extension to the center of the gas hole. This is critical for the op rod length. Superlative Arms patenterade Bleed Off®-läge, gas kolvssystem för AR-15-plattformen justerar gasflödet genom att släppa ut gasen framifrån blocket istället för att begränsa flödet som konventionella justerbara block.
RESULTAT:
- Trycket som används i blocket reduceras endast till den mängd som krävs för att driva bolt carrier.
- Återstående gas och tryck släpps ut från blocket, vilket gör att systemet fungerar mycket renare och svalare.
- Reducerat slitage på bolt carrier-gruppens komponenter och övre mottagare.
- Reducerad kännbar rekyl vilket möjliggör snabbare uppföljningsskott.
- Patenterad justeringsdetent är placerad utanför blocket och därmed ingen kontaminering.
I Bleed Off-läget begränsar gasjusteringsskruven inte gasflödet; därför finns det ingen erosion eller fastkörning av skruven, och inget förlust av detent på grund av kolavlagringar. Även om den är avtagbar har vi lagt till en säkerhetsmekanism som förhindrar att du oavsiktligt skruvar ut skruven helt.
När du använder SBR:er och/eller dämpare tillåter Bleed Off-porten att det överdrivna trycket ventileras ut från blocket vilket minskar baktrycket.
OBS: Superlative Arms Piston Kit levereras inte med en Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin eller firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly säljs separat.
